CELEBRATED THE RETURN OF THE PROCESS FOR THE ELABORATION OF THE EDLP FOR THE COALFIELDS

30/07/2015.-the past Tuesday, July 28, the session was held of return of the public participation process for the elaboration of the strategy of developing Local participatory (EDLP) of the watershed mining companies. Throughout this session presented a balance of participation, the results of the process evaluation questionnaires, as well as the corresponding explanation of the analysis and assessment of contributions.

 

 

In recent months, the Office of promotion and development of the watershed mining region (OFYCUMI) has made an important work around the new strategy of Local development. With the goal of opening a debate on the future strategy, since the 19 June 2015 a participatory process with economic and social actors of the territory, the local associative fabric, has been developed as well as with interested in this matter to individual citizens. After the conclusion of the workshops and the closure of the space of participation on line ready for this process, from OFYCUMI it has work in the analysis of the proposals and contributions citizens.

 

 

Analyzed once all the contributions gathered through six in-person workshops and electronic page participation space web Aragon participates, was convened to persons and entities involved in the process at this last session of return, which took place last Tuesday, July 28 at Utrillas. From Aragon participates presented a balance of participation and the quantitative evaluation of the different workshops. In total, accounted for more than 12 hours of debate and many more than office work to develop a participatory process, in which more than 90 people participated and which has been open to all associations and citizens interested Teruel mining basins. To do so, were six workshops in the municipalities of Utrillas, Montalbán, Martín de el Río, listening, Muniesa and Aliaga.

 

 

For his part, José Manuel Llorens, OFYCUMI Manager, presented to all attendees, in a clear and transparent, the valuation of the contributions citizens generated in the process. Therefore it was analyzing one to one received contributions and which have been taken but with any change with respect to the proposal. In total, there have been 203 contributions (from 176 face-to-face workshops and 27 space of e-participation), of which 75 made reference to new needs and proposals to the EDLP 128. Finally, 192 contributions were accepted, accepted 11 but with any change regarding the proposal and none of the contributions was rejected.
